But we are not worried, far from it. This kind of desperate plea to harm our company’s name actually makes us proud. We are clearly doing something right, and winning a lot of business, this is why our competition is panicking.
We don’t know who has sent the letters, but it does seem they are somewhat illiterate, the punctuation and grammar is appalling, it doesn’t event make that much sense!
We have lots of extremely satisfied customers, most of which ask us back time after time to complete more church heating work for them. The claims that our work is unsafe is completely untrue, we have proved this by being Gas Safe registered, and our engineers are qualified to the highest standards.
